Microsoft O365 (Outlook/Outlook.com)

If you’ve used Outlook or Outlook.com in the last year there’s a good chance you’ve come across our designs. It wouldn’t be that surprising; Outlook and Outlook.com reach a billion users worldwide. This contract focused primarily on UX design of Outlook.com as a whole, and the introduction and implementation of Outlook Extensibility, which is a platform and API to allow 3rd party developers to create add-ins (apps) that live in the Microsoft Outlook ecosystem. Additionally, we worked within mail compose, designing tools and interface UX for use when creating or replying to email messages.

The screens above mostly show our designs within the Microsoft Outlook framework. Because of the nature of Microsoft’s development teams, almost nobody works in a box creating designs without collaboration. We’re honored that many talented team members collaborated with us on several of these designs to see them to fruition.
