Google Requisition Management System

[one_half]

The Google requisition system is an internal system meant to control inter-corporate resources across a large-scale network. It’s designed to control a large amount of data and several different tiers of users simultaneously. The site is mostly used on the internal network, but a protocol would exist that makes it accessible to outside users, such as vendors, as well.

The design is unique because it uses a center divided ‘backbone’ design. The data is display either left or right justified, and also divided by titles that separate one type of data from another. If the data content go outside the realm of the margin, truncation is used to keep all data at a specific width. Pagination and other data refresh methods keep the users from having to scroll through the page. The tool also makes heavy use of the search feature.
