Video: Dream With You

12VoltArts was approached by local Sacramento artists Micah Crandall-Bear, Kim Squaglia, and Jose Di Gregorio to make a video about their creation of a large-scale painted mural that would be used behind the stage at a large music festival called “Launch” in Sacramento, CA. 12VoltArts followed their word for weeks, filming the artists at work and in collaboration.

We decided to make a music video, of sorts, by writing a custom song that would accompany the almost 4 minute video. John Johnson wrote the music and the lyrics, and with the help of local Seattle artist Ryan Sweet, developed a a pop song to perfectly accompany the video. The song features Ryan Sweet on vocals on guitar, John Johnson on bass and piano, and drummer Dave Del Zotto on drums.
